Condolence From: Lynn Smith Cavalier
Condolence: It is difficult to put into words how much I thought of George and Sue. They were Larry's and my dearest friends. We spent every Friday night going out to eat and playing dominoes, and ignored George's repeated requests to eat at McDonald's. Because we alternated houses, I sometimes brought my own blanket to George's house in the wintertime (he conserved on electricity by keeping the temperature low). We walked with him everyday. And when Larry died, George was faithful to keep walking with me. When the kids were young, George and I tried to beat each other in how much money we could save grocery shopping weekly with our coupons, and we exchanged coupons in our effort. We took vacations to Branson together, with and without our kids. I am so glad I got to see George last fall. I will always cherish the memories of that visit, and cherish the memory of George.

Condolence: So sorry to hear about your dad. Both of your parents were wonderful people. I remember your dad having a clever sense of humor. I'll never forget all the times our parents took turns taking me to your house or DeAnn to my house. Remember LeMans and TCBY? Lots of good memories of your parents taking us places and making sure our sleepovers were fun. My parents always enjoyed visiting with George and Sue. May the peace of God that passes all understanding carry you through this difficult time. God bless your family.

Condolence: May God be with you all during this time of need. George will be missed by many. I was fortunate to be able to work with him when he worked in the CEAT.
