Condolence: Some of my best and earliest memories come from Mr. Denny's farm. I remember the first time I met him. It was well before daylight and he was out back milking his cows. He offered me a glass of warm, fresh cows milk and a couple of cookies. That was the last thing I expected an adult to offer me and the first time I realized that my new buddy had an endless supply of milk and cookies! Thus was the beginning of many foundational memories that helped shaped how I view the world today. I killed my first deer on Mr. Denny's land; I was able to share many unique and special experiences with my dad and other family members; and I developed a strong appreciation for the outdoors. I also learned what real hospitality looks like - all thanks to Mr. Denny and Sally. I will be forever grateful for the love he shared and the land he graciously let me hunt on and explore my childhood with. Thank you Mr. Denny, you will be missed. My thoughts and condolences are with Sally and her family.

Condolence: My earliest memories of Mr. Denny began in 1976 at the age of 15. I was invited to hunt via a friend whose brother in law worked at the dairy. I'll never forget going to the dairy well before daylight to ask permission to hunt. There and then I met Mr. Denny for the first time and he intimidated the HECK out of me !
But as the years passed , I grew to know Mr. Denny as a caring, compassionate , hard working man that I grew to admire. Along the way I met Sally ( yeah I know , Mr. Denny and Sally :)), Judy and Tom. What a great family ! They always made me feel like I belonged and I am forever grateful.
I spent so much time on the farm hunting that I knew it better than my own yard. I can also claim that I and my son both killed our first deer and also my biggest buck ever on the Denny farm .
I'll never forget sitting in a deer stand and around daybreak listening to Mr. Denny playing "tunes" on his truck horn as he gathered the cows for the milking.
So many memories of the farm , the hunting and Mr. Denny ( I never had the nerve to call him "Mick" ) And such an amazing family.
Mr. Denny's passing leaves a void in my soul but the memories are mine forever.
R I P "Mick"......there, I said it.

Condolence: Have known Mr Denny for many years through my son, Ray, who loved hunting on the Denny property when we all lived in Stillwater. So many happy memories as all of our kids grew up together. Sincere condolences to you, Mrs Denny, and to the rest of the family. May God richly bless each of you going forward with your own fond memories of this very special man.

Condolence: I’ll remember Mick Denny in my fond farm memories. Can’t recall him wearing much but overalls, being dirty after a long days work. He always scared me as a young girl until one day while visiting the barn i caught his eyes twinkling and a smirk on his face after mumbling something to me i did understand. Poof i wasn’t scared anymore. I also remember the hot summer nights of listening to his laughter and stories he shared with my dad while they sat in folding lawn chairs and had homemade ice cream while i ran around catching fireflies and frogs. Some of the best childhood memories spent with Denny’s and the Carpentar’s. Good times, good friends, good memories. Rest In Peace Mick. Much love and hugs to your family.

Condolence: At the end of each life is a legacy of love and memories. Hold tight to those memories…Lean on each other for support. And look to Jehovah God and his Word, the Bible, for strength and comfort (Job 14:14,15). Your friends are also here to encourage you.
