Jayson Michael Dunn was a big bundle of love born on December 26, 1999. He spent his short years living life and loving people. Jayson led his life with simple principles: Be Kind and Be a Friend to Everyone. Although his time with us was not nearly long enough, Jayson set the example of what the world needs more of each and every day. His passions were photography, video production, music and camping among many more. Jayson had a servant’s heart at his very core. He was always willing to put others needs ahead of his own and open his home for those that needed comfort and shelter, sometimes even without getting his mother’s full consent.

He fiercely loved his family and friends; it was evident in all his interactions no matter how small. He loved to make people laugh with all his goofy ways. Whether he was telling jokes, imitating family members, just being himself or sitting in a random boat to make his friend laugh, he always had a way to bring a smile to everyone’s face. He truly lived each day to the fullest.
Jayson is survived by his mother Amber Dunn, grandparents Inez Dunn, Marty & Terry Dunn, Aunt & Uncle Melissa & Austin Turner, cousins Rowan and Gavin Turner, Aunt Iris May, various second cousins, and a host of close family friends who loved him as their own. He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother Kelma Morley whom he is playing Uno with currently, great-grandmother Betty Dunn, Uncle Mike Dunn and other relatives that are now able to love him deeply.
While Jayson’s life has come to a tragic end, we ask that this be a calling for you to begin emulating his basic principles in your daily life. Be Kind to everyone. Be a Friend to everyone. Be inclusive and non-judgmental in your everyday life. Jayson was a friend to those that had friends, those that did not have many friends, those that felt different and those that didn't’t feel that they fit in. His journey is a true testament that life is too short for ugliness and evil. Jayson had a big personality and the purest heart which was evident in his character. We will miss him deeply but know that he will always be in our hearts.
