Janey was a born leader and if you followed her, it was an honored position. She was a ball of energy, and she loved life . . . it showed! Janey loved to cook, especially with her grandson, Trey. She was an expert at stained glass, crochet, sewing and laughing. Janey loved hummingbirds, collecting glass, and family she collected along the way. Her favorite words were Momma Janey, Janey Beth, JB, Mamasita and Grandma. She loved to try new things, such as a Louisiana swamp tour in a John boat. She was an avid fisherman, and the very best kind of mom and friend you could hope for. Janey was loyal and fearless. She was beautiful and brave.
Janey's biggest success was seeing her children, Marty and Lacy, the light of her life, grow into beautiful, independent, contributing members of society. She lived for their love, and loved Mandie and Trey when they joined the family.
Janey was preceded in death by her beloved parents and her brother, Tim.
Those celebrating her life are her children, Marty, Mandie and Trey Hanni; Lacy Archer; her sister, Linda, and her dear friends and her beloved Canaille.
