Breck Parker Starr

Breck Parker Starr, of Stillwater, OK, peacefully passed away on December 12, 2020. A memorial to celebrate Breck’s life is scheduled for Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK. The family will hold a private ceremony to scatter Breck’s ashes at a future date. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

Breck was born August 12, 1988, in Liberal, KS. He was the youngest of three children, attended Morrison High School, Morrison, OK, class of 2007. He attended college at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Breck was an extremely kind and gentle soul bringing joy and thoughtfulness into the world beyond what many can comprehend. He was a passionate and loving son, brother, uncle, friend, and gamer. He was a proud member of the Cherokee Nation.

Breck is survived by his parents, Dr. Cathy and Billie Starr Jr. of Republic, MO; his sisters, Christina Hoggatt of Colorado Springs, CO; and Candace and Joshua Glover of Republic, MO; and his nephew, Grayson Glover, of Republic, MO. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Ernestine Brecheisen of Hugoton, KS, and Billie and Doris Starr Sr., of Moscow, KS.
