Joe was such a kind and good man who always had a smile for everyone. I first met Joe in 1977 when he came to my mother-in-law's house in Perkins, OK in response to a trouble call to ONG. He was always great to his customers and you never forgot Joe after you met him. I know many of his family members and am so very sorry for your loss. I am so thankful that I got to see Joe and Golda through the years at different activities in and around Stillwater. May God bless and comfort each and every one of you.
